Julia Tyler is a Designer at HarperCollins Children's Books
With over 7 years of publishing experience, Julia has had the privilege of designing multiple New York Times bestsellers, including A Study in Drowning. She hold a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design, where she developed a deep appreciation for visual storytelling and communication. She is passionate about hand-lettering and type customization and brings detailed consideration to every project.
Julia lives in Philadelphia with her creative muse: a fluffy black cat named Sumi (after the ink). When she isn't designing books, you'll find her tufting rugs, cooking a new recipe, or on the hunt for pastries and coffee.
